Ingredients :
  • 150 gr of chicken breast
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder 
  • ½ tablespoon of lime juice
  • 100 gr of flour
  • 150 gr bread flour
  • 250 ml of cooking oil

Seasoning :
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of fine pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon flavoring

Salad ingredients :
  • 100 grams of loose drawstring
  • 100 grams of shaved carrots
  • 100 gr of fresh lettuce
Sauce ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon of thousand island sauce*
  • ½ tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of marinade**
  • ½ tablespoon of cornstarch, dissolve with water
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml of boiled water
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil


How to make :
  1. mix all the ingredients of the sauce, cook until thick. set aside the sauce
  2. flattened meat, then coat it with lemon juice and all seasonings
  3. let stand for ± 5 minutes until the seasoning permeates
  4. beat eggs and milk powder until well blended
  5. roll chicken meat into dry flour
  6. dip into the egg, then roll it back on the bread flour
  7. heat the oil then fry until golden brown, then lift
